1. Definitions

  • “Digital Content” means the software plugin (including the WordPress plugin), licence key, downloadable files, and any related digital materials supplied by LangoAI.

  • “Activation” means the action of deploying or enabling the licence key so that the Digital Content can be used.

2. Delivery

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link and licence key immediately in your LangoAI account and via your registered email.

  • An electronic tax invoice will be issued automatically.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

3.1 Turkey

  • Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date the contract is formed.

  • If you have explicitly given consent for the digital content to be supplied immediately (i.e., licence key activation) before the expiry of the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

  • If the licence has not been activated, you are entitled to a full refund.

3.2 EU / EEA

  • A 14-day cooling-off period applies under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2024/825, starting from the contract formation date.

  • If you expressly request immediate download / activation of the content (by ticking a consent box or equivalent), you may waive this right once the download/activation begins.

  • If activation has not yet occurred, and you cancel within the cooling-off period, you are entitled to a full refund.

3.3 Rest of World

  • We offer a goodwill refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the licence key has not been activated.

  • After activation, refunds for “rest of world” are at LangoAI’s discretion and subject to review.

4. Defective or Non-functioning Product

  • If the plugin fails to install or does not function as described in the documentation, contact our support at support@langoai.co immediately.

  • We will provide reasonable assistance (e.g. bug fixes, updates, guidance).

  • If the issue cannot be resolved within [for example 7 business days], you are entitled to a full refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us by emailing info@langoai.co (or support@langoai.co) with your order number and reason for refund, within the applicable refund period.

  2. We’ll review your request and inform you of eligibility within [e.g. 3 business days].

  3. If approved, payment will be reversed to the original method of payment within 14 calendar days from approval.

6. Limitations & Exceptions

  • No refunds will be given for activated licences (or after activation in cases where the user has explicitly consented to immediate start), except in cases of defective product that cannot be fixed.

  • Partial refunds may not be available in certain cases (for example, if you have used the product substantially).

  • Taxes, fees, or other charges that are non-refundable by third parties remain subject to third-party policies.

7. Governing Law

  • This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

  • Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable and are not waived by any part of this policy.

8. Changes to this Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

  • If there are material changes, we will notify you via email and/or via a notice on the website at least 30 days before changes take effect.

  • Continued use / purchases after the effective date of changes implies your acceptance of the revised policy.
